Rules Engine: full control without depending on development
The Rules Engine is managed from a visual dashboard and also via REST API. The operator can create, modify, and disable routing rules in real time — without deploys or engineering team intervention.
- Visual dashboard. Drag-and-drop interface to define rules by BIN, country, amount, merchant, or card type. Changes applied in seconds.
- Full REST API. CRUD endpoints to manage rules programmatically and integrate with CI/CD pipelines or internal systems.
- Versioning and rollback. Each change is automatically versioned. If a rule produces unexpected results, revert to the previous version with one click.
- Simulation before activation. Sandbox mode that evaluates the impact of a new rule on historical transactions before applying it in production.
When no route exceeds the minimum threshold
The engine never fails silently. If no available route reaches the configured minimum score, the system executes a predefined escalation protocol — designed to protect the user experience and ensure operational visibility.
Controlled decline
The transaction is rejected with an explicit response code (soft-decline) that allows the merchant to decide whether to retry or escalate.
